Event Rules

A world without rules? Nah.

These rules ensure that Nidaros Games can be conducted in the safest manner and must be known by every participant. Violations of the rules may result in immediate and possibly permanent exclusion.

Drug free

Nidaros Games is an alcohol-free event. Alcohol and other intoxicants may not be brought or used during the event. Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed entry. Any violations will result in expulsion from the rest of the event and possible police reporting. Regular and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the premises; designated smoking areas are available outside.

Refund

If you wish to refund your ticket, contact support at casualgaming.no. Please note that power and network outages may occur, and we generally will not refund tickets due to this.

Tickets

Tickets are only sold from Tikkio.com. Reselling is not allowed, as the ticket includes membership and is directly associated with the user who purchased it. Participants who arrive without a ticket must acquire one to gain access to the event; we recommend everyone purchase a ticket in advance.

If any issues or difficulties arise while or after ordering a ticket, you can send an email to support at casualgaming.no. If you have a companion certificate (ledsagerbevis), your companion will get free entry to the event.

Participant Wristbands

Upon arrival, participants will be issued participant wristbands that must be immediately fastened around the wrist. Participants must wear their wristbands at all times. The wristband must be shown to the security upon entering the venue. If the wristband has come off or needs to be removed for various reasons, the participant must immediately contact the security or other crew to obtain a new participant wristband.

Communication and Information

It is important that everyone attending the event regularly checks the Nidaros’ Discord server. Here we will share all important information regarding the event, our facilities, and competitions. Additionally, this is the participants' quickest and easiest way to get any questions answered by the crew. Participants competing in competitions are encouraged to check Discord more frequently, as all competition information will be posted there.

Restricted Areas

Restricted areas, such as those marked with "crew" or "no entry," are for crew members only. Other participants entering restricted areas may be removed from the event.

Competitions

Participants in competitions are obliged to familiarize themselves with the applicable rules for the specific competitions they are registered for. This applies to both the general competition rules and the rules for the individual competitions. Keep an eye on the Discord server for changes in the schedule, rules, and other information from the competition organizer.
